Any information that you provided during ordering can be corrected and resent to email. When our records show payment and is sent out, we erase orders and only an order number will be kept to identify customer separate from the website
In order to use the SweetHerbExpress.com Service and access the Content, you need to (1) be 19 years old or older, (2) have the power to enter a binding contract with us and not be barred from doing so under any applicable laws, and (3) be resident in a Canada where the Service is available. 2. Description of Service
SweetHerbExpress reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service or any functionality or feature thereof, at any time and without notice to you. All rights to the Service and its components (including intellectual property rights) will remain with and belong exclusively to SweetHerbExpress.
The Site, Application and Services are intended to facilitate the selling of items. Such items are included in listings on the SweetHerbExpress website.
As stated above, SweetHerbExpress makes available an online platform or marketplace for Buyers at an agreed price on which the “item” is to be transferred from Seller to Buyer. SweetHerbExpress is not an owner of any of the items sold, We are just a webmaster site company that facilitate sales and customer service
3. Cancellations and Refunds
SweetHerbExpress will remit refunds once order is investigated and deemed refundable!
As a User of the SweetHerbExpress Service, as a Buyer, if you cancel your order after it is processed there is nothing we can do. “I’m sorry if this happens”
SweetHerbExpress may decide, in certain extenuating circumstances, and at its sole discretion, that it is necessary or desirable to cancel an item on the SweetHerbExpress website. You agree, as a Buyer, to indemnify SweetHerbExpress against any such cancellations. You also acknowledge that, in certain circumstances, SweetHerbExpress will not be able to provide details as to why a particular item was suddenly cancelled.
We also reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason
If SweetHerbExpress.ca has run out of an Item that you ordered, A similiar Item with same or greater value will be replaced to order instead. Again, “I’m sorry if this happens” but s^&t happens!
SweetHerbExpress will remit a refund once order is investigated (what happen to it with GPS tracking) and deemed refundable! Up to 1 item price only and 1 time only you must contact us at sales@sweetherbexpress.ca with subject line “REFUND”

You acknowledge that the aforementioned are the exclusive property of SweetHerbExpress and its licensors. As such, you must not remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices incorporated on the SweetHerbExpress website.

You acknowledge and agree that SweetHerbExpress is not responsible or liable for either the availability of these links, or the content which resides on the pages they point to, nor do links on the SweetHerbExpress website constitute an endorsement by SweetHerbExpress.

10. Indemnification
You agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold SweetHerbExpress and its affiliates and subsidiaries, and their officers, directors, employees and agents, harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the SweetHerbExpress website.
11. Reporting Misconduct
This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between SweetHerbExpress and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties’ obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or provincial court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Canada. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to SweetHerbExpress must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. SweetHerbExpress’ failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writng and signed by a duly authorized representative of SweetHerbExpress. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. SweetHerbExpress may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
12. Terms of Service (in short) the main stuff to remember!
1. Basically you are responsible for your payments to us and we will give tracking number
2. The contract between “us” is wiped clean after order is sent (except order number kept off site, anonymous)
3. We are not responsible for damages in any way! (chocolate bars may melt a bit during transport. You can just put it back in the fridge. This is molding chocolate and it will be OK) We are just a platform to allow sale of medicinal herbs
4. Do not misbehave or troll in any way or you will be suspended!
